DESCRIPTION
Job description:
You'll be the first dedicated customer success hire at Relay - which means you'll define what great customer experience looks like here, from scratch. You'll own onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion for our 50+ customers. You'll work directly with ops teams to ensure they're getting real value from Relay, surface product feedback to the team, and build the processes and playbooks that scale as we grow. This isn't a support role - it's a strategic one.
REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements:
5+ years in customer success or account management (B2B SaaS), experience working with ops/RevOps teams, strong written communication, data-driven mindset, comfort building processes from zero. Bonus: experience with AI/automation products and technical enough to understand API integrations.
