DESCRIPTION
Job description:
You'll design the interfaces that operations teams interact with every day — the dashboards, agent builders, workflow editors, and monitoring views that make AI agents feel approachable and trustworthy. At Relay, design isn't decoration. It's how we make complex systems feel simple. You'll work end-to-end: research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and collaboration with engineering through to shipped pixels.
REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements:
4+ years product design experience (SaaS or dev tools preferred), strong systems thinking, proficiency in Figma, experience shipping complex B2B interfaces, ability to write clear design docs. Bonus: experience with data-heavy dashboards or automation tools.
